REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICY

1. No Refund Policy: All registration fees paid for VALORIS MUN are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once the registration has been confirmed.

2. Event Cancellation: In the event that VALORIS MUN is officially cancelled by the Organising Committee, registered participants will be eligible for a refund of the applicable registration fee.

3. Participant Cancellation: Refunds will not be issued in case of personal reasons, change of plans, non-attendance, withdrawal, failure to attend the conference, or any other circumstances arising from the participant's side.

4. Change in Event Details: Changes to the schedule, venue, committee allotments, agendas, or other event-related arrangements will not, by themselves, constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Refund Processing: In the event of official cancellation, the Organising Committee will communicate the refund procedure and applicable timeline to registered participants through the contact details provided during registration.

6. Acceptance of Terms: By completing the registration and making the payment, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the above registration and refund policy.
